📦 Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Perishable Food Policy

All products sold by Mom and Son’s Toffee are perishable food items. Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Customers are never required to send food products back.


🚨 Incorrect, Incomplete, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to be eligible for review.

To investigate any claim, customers are required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping packaging
  • Clear photos of all items received
  • Clear photos showing the issue or damage
  • For bundle purchases: individual photos of each bundle showing all included items

Failure to provide complete and sufficient photo evidence will result in denial of the claim.

We are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or additional product without proper photo verification.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.


📦 Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, delivery procedures are handled solely by the shipping carrier.

In certain states, counties, or postal districts, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery, including for Ground Advantage or standard shipments. Signature requirements and delivery attempts are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

If a delivery attempt is missed or a signature is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local post office or carrier to arrange pickup or redelivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Signature requirements
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages returned due to failure to collect

💳 Refunds

If a claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

🇪🇺 European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union:

Perishable food items are exempt from standard 14-day return requirements once delivered under EU consumer protection law.
