Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns.
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping, a defect, or receiving an incorrect item), you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to send the candy back.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
